1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Georaize, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use Georaize only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or malicious content, or interfere with the operation of the service.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@georaize.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. AI-Powered Results — No Warranty of Accuracy

Georaize uses large language models (LLMs) and automated analysis to estimate brand visibility and SEO performance. These results are estimates only — they are not guarantees of actual AI platform citations or search rankings. AI model behaviour, search algorithms, and third-party platforms change independently of Georaize. You should independently verify any findings before making business decisions based on them.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Georaize to audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, to reverse-engineer our AI prompts or models, or to resell platform outputs without a written reseller agreement. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Georaize and its content (including the platform, branding, and documentation) are owned by Georaize and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload or generate through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Georaize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights regarding your personal data including access, correction, erasure, and portability. You can delete your account and export your data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page — all data is permanently removed immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
