We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), information generated through your use of the platform (brands monitored, audit results, SEO data), and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs.

We use your information to operate and improve the Georaize platform, send you product updates and security alerts, process payments via Stripe, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. We use industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of your information.

4. Sub-Processors and Third-Party Services

Georaize uses the following sub-processors to deliver the platform. Each processes only the data necessary to provide their service and maintains their own privacy and security standards: • Supabase (Ireland, EU) — database, authentication, and row-level security • Vercel (USA) — cloud hosting and edge compute; data processed under standard contractual clauses • Stripe (USA) — payment processing; Georaize does not store card details • Resend (USA) — transactional email delivery (verification codes, notifications) • OpenRouter / OpenAI (USA) — AI analysis for SEO audit features; only anonymised site content is sent, never personal data • DeepSeek (China) — AI analysis for GEO audit and visibility features; only brand name and domain are sent We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone — deletion is immediate and permanent.
